It is simply about putting together different wines and assemble one which you will relish with your meal.
Led by a passionate oenologist, this playful workshop will lead you to the secrets of wine making. After a brief introduction to the principles of assembly and association of flavors, participants are divided into small groups which will have to compose ‘The Blend’: the one in perfect harmony with the meal of the day. The winning group will also compose the label and present their creation to the other groups.

The oenologist – facilitator will nominate the best blend and all the participants will assemble the chosen wine, respecting the winning proportions.

This workshop is an ideal complement to the ‘Cooking’ workshop.
